EST 1576: enteo v6

Objective and contents:
The new enteo v6 Trainings impart practice and goal oriented basic knowledge of the individual modules of the new enteo V6 suites.

In this training you will learn the efficient use of the products from examples and practices. You will be able to install and configure the enteo v6 infrastructure for distributed sites as well as guarantee compliance of software and rule based operating systems.

Contents (abstract):

• Summary of the products of the enteo v6 suites
• Prerequisites, initial set-up and configuration by means of the virtual company SOLYS
• enteo software Policies and software Compliance
• Automation about Packaging Workbench and software Factory
• Software LifeCycle and Revisioning
• Control of sequences and technical dependences
• Installation variants for the OS Deployment (DOS, WinPE, Unattended set-up, Imaging)
• enteo Patch Policies and management of drivers

Target Attendees:
New and existing customers who will implement enteo products.  Administrators and IT consultants who conceive the enteo v6 products configure administrate. The automation of software changes (packaging) is, among others, also part of this training.

Prerequisites
Practice experience in the administration of Windows XP and server 2003 in network environments.

Recommended: Basic knowledge of SQL server, Registry, services, Active Directory, DHCP and configuration of software.
